Cancellations are accepted before the product is shipped.
For cancellations after shipping, we will process after the package has arrived.
・Exchanges and refunds due to product defects
We take great care in shipping our products, but if any product defects (damage, malfunction) occur,
please contact us within 3 days of product arrival. We will ship a new product.
At that time, we will enclose a return envelope, so please drop it in the post box.
