Tears Heaven

I recently applied for brand registration of "tearsheaven" on Amazon.
The result was "application rejected"...
Here are some of the images submitted:

I applied for "tearsheaven" several years ago when Amazon's brand application process started, but as expected from an American company, the first letter of the alphabet was converted to a capital letter and registered as "Tearsheaven"!!
The reason for the rejection was that the spelling in the submitted images was "lowercase"...

I wish I had noticed it sooner, but I didn't apply for a correction because I was able to register products for a while afterward. Was it my fault, or was it an Amazon registration error?

Therefore, I will put even more effort into my company's website, "Accessories Tearsheaven".
